After the huge success of the PolarfluKe: Released Starcraft 2 competition, things seem to be looking up for the StarCraft 2 community in South Africa.
As a result of this, PolarfluKe have announced a new competition known as PolarfluKe: Factions. This StarCraft 2 competition will be a team based league that is run over the course of a few weeks. Each team will participate in a number of 1v1 and 2v2 matches against others on a weekly basis.
Each team will need to have between three and five players and will battle in a ‘war’ against another team. In each ‘war’ there will be a number of 1v1 and 2v2 matches. No player in each ‘war’ will be allowed to play more than one of the 1v1 matches and the same two players may not play both of the 2v2 matches.
Each map won will award a team points in the round robin format which means every team will get a chance to play against every other team.
There is no set date for the Factions competition just yet but more will soon be announced on the PolarfluKe website.
