Robert Bowling, Infinity Ward community manager, has confirmed after the Call of Duty XP event that Modern Warfare 3 will have LAN support.
Bowling confirmed this via a Tweet on his Twitter account, stating that the game also has detailed class restriction control and default class creation options.
This was later clarified in another Tweet from Bowling saying that “class restrictions refer to anything being used when setting up the game.
“Ability to restrict any weapon, equipment, perk, deathstreak, secondary, attachment, ANYTHING from being used when setting up the game,” he says.
One thing is for sure, it seems that Infinity Ward are really keen on recapturing the PC audience with some really clever decisions so far. Modern Warfare 3 is due out on 8 November on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
