eN.Frost out for Revenge

eN.Frost and bvd COD:Ghosts will go head-to-head in the 2014 Telkom Do Gaming League (DGL) Ghosts PC Summer Leg Premier Division later this week in a rematch of their spectacular Insta-Clash Cup (ICC) Finale.

The two teams last met on 27 February in the final of the knockout tournament series which saw bvd COD:Ghosts take consecutive victories over their opponents, 13-8 and 13-9 on Warhawk and Overlord respectively.

Bravado will enter this week’s matchup six points clear of their rivals but Energy eSports are confident that they can bounce back from their cup loss and support their push for the top of the Premier Division table.

“It was a good experience to see how a professional team like Bravado performed in such a crucial matchup,” says Frost Captain Niall ‘Nialling’ Ingram.

“We played well as a team in the ICC final, far better than we had before and even though we lost, we see each loss as an opportunity to improve. We are always learning from our mistakes and won’t give rounds away so easily next time.”

eN.Frost returned to league action following their cup final exit with a crushing victory over impi(Ghosts), 13-5 and 13-3 on Overlord and Warhawk, while Bravado Gaming swept aside third place iM'Ghosts to continue their unbeaten run and extend their lead at the top of the table.

Meanwhile, eN.Blaze, who sit just three points behind the log leaders will be hoping their allies can pull off the upset, as they look to a crucial match week seven and a potential league decider.

The squad has suffered only a single defeat throughout the campaign and a loss for the Bravado would see them all square on points as they head into the final week of competition.
