Once again there will be a score to settle at this weekend’s tournament series with rivals Bravado Gaming and Energy eSports gunning for a place in the finals.

In the closing week of league competition Bravado slipped up to allow eN.Blaze to tie up the 2014 Telkom Do Gaming League (DGL) Ghosts PC Summer Leg Premier Division.

Just two weeks later Blaze pulled the double over their opponents, besting Bravado 3-2 in the Ghosts #CODeSports Insta-Clash Cup final.

Fortunately, Bravado will have plenty of opportunities to try exact revenge over the rival MGO, with Energy fielding four teams in the knockout series which could also see an all-eN finale.

Gaming for Cancer is the organization’s seventh national project with other well-known CANSA projects including Movember and the CANSA Shavathon.

The goal of Gaming for Cancer is to use gaming to raise awareness about cancer nationally by partnering with LANs and giving gamers the chance to participate in supporting the fight against a disease which will affect one in four South Africans through diagnosis of friends, family or self. Globally cancer kills more people than TB, AIDS and Malaria combined.
