Bravado Take Down Frost

eN.Frost sit just one point clear at the top of the table after a hefty defeat to bvd COD:Ghosts in the 2014 Telkom Do Gaming League (DGL) Ghosts PC Winter Leg Premier Division.

The two rivals met on Sunday, 15 June with Bravado four points off the log leaders but with a game in hand heading into their fixture.

Frost made it difficult for the joint-Summer Leg victors as the match saw bvd COD:Ghosts pick up a difficult result, 14-10 on both Warhawk and Freight to close the series 2-0.

The loss to Bravado marks Frost’s first defeat in winter competition while also condemning the team condemned to a second clean sweep against their bitter rivals, with Bravado having picked up the 2-0 back in March’s Summer Leg reverse fixture.

As for Bravado, a fourth consecutive victory sees them tied for second alongside eN.Blaze with their own head-to-head and potential leg decider scheduled for the Pick n Play later this season.

eN.Blaze and bvd COD:Ghosts are no strangers to sharing the spoils. During the Summer Leg, Bravado slipped up in the closing week of league competition to allow Blaze to tie up the Premier Division.

This time around, both teams will be looking to reach their head-to-head encounter undefeated, and ensure a definite winner for the winter campaign.

Meanwhile, eN.Frost will look to bounce back quickly when they take on a devastating `uNk|Ap3x this Sunday.

Ap3x have been the on-form team since their bitter defeat to eN.Blaze in match week one, and are hoping to avoid a repeat result against Energy eSports this weekend.
