MSI Sponsors the 2014 Telkom DGL Battlefield 4 Championships

MSI Notebook Division has announced that it will be sponsoring over R150,000 in hardware prizes to the 2014 Telkom Do Gaming League Battlefield 4 Championships.

MSI started from the motherboard and graphics card industries and extended into consumer and commercial electronics including notebooks, All-in-One PCs, workstations, and others. MSI holds itself responsible not only to its clients, employees and stockholders, but also to the society and environment as a whole to consistently fulfill its corporate commitment.

MSI is dedicated to the gaming market not only around the world but in South Africa too and the MSI Notebook Division has a solid grasp on the market with the MSI Gaming series laptops. The MSI gaming notebook is a pioneer in the market and is a worldwide top seller.

Justin Wang, MSI South Africa Account Manager says that MSI is very proud to be sponsoring the DGL 2014 Battlefield 4 Championships.

“We are happy to be working with Telkom for the 2014 DGL, MSI will look forward to showing everyone the most advanced gaming technology,” he says.

MSI will be offering up over R150,000 in hardware prizes to the Battlefield 4 DGC which consists of eight MSI GX series gaming laptops.

Ricus Groenewald, Telkom Gaming Specialist, says that the DGL has once again grown in 2014 off the back of another successful Do Gaming Championship in 2013, which took place in the VIP section at the rAge Expo.

“Gaming is growing more and more each day and the Telkom DGL is proof of that. Included in the growth is the amount of interest shown by sponsors and other companies which will help gaming to blossom in South Africa,“ he says.
