BF4 Damage Control Week Two Duel

Week Two of the Battlefield 4 8v8 Telkom Do Gaming League (DGL) 2014 Summer Leg kicks off as of today, with plenty of exciting matches lined up for the second week of the Leg.

Damage Control’s two Battlefield sides (formerly eLement Gaming) are set to face each other this week in what is sure to be action packed affair, and after the first week it looks like either team could take the match at the moment.

DC.eLement came second last year at the Battlefield 3 DGC, and were the first team to take a win off of the Bravado Gaming side in a DGL match, but it seems that things have not started as smoothly for the newly branded side. Their opening match against [dM] Ex0dus (formerly [dM]ReBirth) saw the Damage Control side lose in straight rounds to the strong looking Divided Motion side.

The round scores were: (What maps were played were not made available as of yet)

Map 1

  • [dM] Ex0dus 133 – 0 DC.eLement
  • [dM] Ex0dus 211 - 0 DC.eLement

Map 2

  • [dM] Ex0dus 89 - 0 DC.eLement
  • [dM] Ex0dus 137 - 0 DC.eLement

This should not deflate the experienced side however, and will surely be on top form when they face their brother side, DC.eternaL, on Sunday evening. The eternaL side are newcomers to the Premier Division and started off well by taking down Premier Division locals [TE]Infamous in their opening match.

Although DC.eternaL on paper is the underdog side against DC.eLement, we could see a role reversal between the two teams before the end of the week.
