BF4 8v8 First Division Going Well

The First Division of the Battlefield 4 (BF4) Telkom Do Gaming League (DGL) 2014 Winter Leg is progressing well, with the stronger teams quickly rising towards the top of the log.

The First Division is split into two groups, with 17 teams in total fighting for the potential to get a spot at the Do Gaming Championships later this year come the end of the Winter Leg Playoffs.

Group A is currently being led by p_Battlefield 4 with a 5 – 0 – 0 standing, although iFx BF4 are close behind them with five wins in the bag themselves. The only difference between the two teams is their win percentage, as the Prodigy Gaming side has yet to drop a map so far during the Winter Leg. These top two teams will have to wait awhile before battling it out against each other however, as they are only set to clash in the final week of competition.

Group B is slightly less populated at the moment due to xTc.Death Guard and aXIm Imperium retiring from the Winter Leg, but is still turning out to be quite a competitive arena. puLse.Emerge are following in the footsteps of their brother side (who currently lead the Premier Division) by holding pole position in Group B, followed closely by PewpEw AlphaMikeFoxtrot and TcR Gunners Squad.

We may have a new leader come the end of Week Five’s play however, as the Pulse Gaming side is set to take on TcR Gunners Squad later this week, and since both teams are currently 2 – 0 – 0, may have a huge impact on the Group come the end of the Winter Leg.
