There are only a few matches left to play in each division for the Battlefield 3 Telkom Do Gaming League (DGL) 2013 Winter Leg, and [SSG]Packet Loss are feeling confident about placing second come the end of it.
Vaughan “TheVovo” Robey, vice – captain of [SSG]Packet Loss, feels that after their recent performances, the Super Serial Gamers side will remain optimistic heading into their final two matches against the First Division Never Say Die side, [NSD]Sons of Chaos, and [dM]ReBirth in their final weeks of the Winter Leg.
The Super Serial Gamer’s squad managed to overcome one of the favourites to take First Division, -BFC-PubHeroes, in their Week Six match last week, but it was a very tense affair indeed. It went all the way to three maps with,BFC winning Metro to start off, and then SSG replying with their own win on Bazaar. The final map, Sharqi, the [SSG]Packet Loss squad managed to hold onto their advantage from game two and win both rounds in game three, giving them the win 2 – 1 at the end of the series.
The Battlefield 3 DGL 2013 is sponsored by EA.
The [SSG] squad are due to face off against [NSD]Sons of Chaos on Sunday evening, in what is sure to be an exciting game coming from the First Division. Robey assured Do Gaming that although there won’t be too many surprises coming from [SSG]Packet Loss, they will be vigilant in making sure they obtain that win, and move into second place as we enter the final week of the Winter Leg.
Who do you think will come out on top this weekend? Are [SSG]Packet Loss going to continue on their rise, or are [NSD]Sons of Chaos going to throw a spanner into the works? Vote in the poll below and let us know.
