DGL Registrations Close This Weekend
Gamers interested in competing in the 2013 Telkom Do Gaming League (DGL) Winter Leg will need to make sure they register before the cut-off date on 19 May.
At the time of writing, Dota 2 has shown similar growth in the same way it did for the Summer Leg. With just less than a week to go for registrations, there are already 77 teams registered. The Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Winter Leg is also looking strong so far with 68 teams thus far registered. It shows the popularity of both games, as they were and still are the most popular since becoming part of the DGL. League of Legends (LoL) is currently sitting on 53 teams, down a little bit from the Summer Leg, but still some time to go for teams to finalise registration while Battlefield 3 currently sits on 31 teams.
Players who participated in the Summer Leg of the DGL will still need to register for the Winter Leg. Whether you placed first in the Premier Division or last in the Second Division, players must register to confirm their continued participation in the DGL. Obviously the seeds for teams and players will be carried over if participation is confirmed.
