Bravado Battlefield 3 (bvd.BF3) managed to overcome The Elite squad ([TE]Infamous) last night in an exciting match in the Battlefield 3 (BF3) Telkom Do Gaming League, although [TE]Infamous did not make it an easy job for the Bravado side.
Do Gaming managed to catch a few words with Barry “Anthrax” Louzada, captain of bvd.BF3, to found out what he thought of last night’s game. Here’s what he had to say:
Louzada: Last night’s game on Tehran was really good, the guys played well and TE really put in a good performance. I was really impressed with TE's performance; they have really come a long way.
We never really felt that we were in danger of losing either of the rounds but the second round on US was a little tight.
Damavand was good for us it is one of our strongest maps and was a little surprised that they wanted to play us on it but one can never be too confident on that map. As someone said on the forums with “Scoper” in the chopper on Damavand it is a win, and not taking anything away from all the other players he really does play well in the chopper.
The Battlefield 3 DGL 2013 is sponsored by EA.
Louzada added that their focus will now be on the match against [NSD]Sons of Liberty towards the end of the Leg, as they feel they are going in as the underdog side for the matchup. With [NSD] having everything on the line in the upcoming match, bvd.BF3 plan to stick to what they know, and show that it isn’t easy being at the top. With a final wink, Louzada hinted that they “will be undefeated come the end of DGC,” a bold yet formidable claim from the Bravado Captain.
Justin “Poephol!” Eloff felt that they did well versus Bravado, and are feeling good for their upcoming match against BzK-Furia this weekend, and thinks they should be able to get the win. As for their final match against [NSD]Sons of Liberty however, the team is not so sure, but will give it their all anyway.
