New DGL dispute lodging policies

Please note that we have updated our dispute policies in order to remove unneeded clutter from the ticket system with the goal to serve faster and more efficient responses to our users. The following now applies to those lodging disputes on the ticket system:

1) Disputes must be lodged within 24 hours of the completion of the match in question.

2) Only the team manager may lodge a dispute. Disputes lodged by regular clan members will be thrown out immediately.

3) Only one ticket must be lodged per dispute. Duplications or additional tickets relating to the same dispute will be deleted.  

Additionally, to ensure your ticket is resolved with haste, ensure you provide the correct information, such as your clan name, opponents name, match link URL to the DGL match page, as well as any screenshots or evidence needed to support your claims.
