GameStop has sold 1.2 million titles and the 500,000 console systems it was given so far – and the console launches in the U.S. on Sunday (and 30 November in Europe).
A virus emergency - on the laptop screen - ZombiU is a Wii U launch title.
The launch titles that have been pre-ordered are ZombiU, Assassin’s Creed III, Scribblenauts Unlimited, New Super Mario Bros. U and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
If we do the math, that means that each Wii U pre-order customer is buying 2.4 games with their new consoles – and Nintendo has confirmed this is double the amount sold at the Wii launch in 2006.
