The PC demo for The Adventures of Tintin: The Game is now available for download at Do Gaming. It weighs in at about 1.2GB.

The Adventures of Tintin: The Game ties in with the upcoming The Adventures of Tintin: The Movie, directed by Stephen Spielberg and with Peter Jackson at the helm. Of course, both of these are based on the famous Tintin graphic novels from the artist Hergé, famous for its style, characters and stories. In particular, the movie and the game are based around the Tintin graphic novel, The Secret of the Unicorn.

The Adventures of Tintin: The Game

In the game players will follow Tintin, a journalist, in a co-operative adventure with Captain Haddock (a key character in the Tintin series) and Tintin's dog, Snowy. It all revolves around a sixteenth century ship called the Unicorn and the secrets it holds.

The game, on PC, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii and DS is already available while the movie releases in December. The video below can be viewed in full-screen at the The Adventures of Tintin: The Game - gamescom 2011 Trailer page.
