Tenorman’s Revenge on XBLA

South Park: Tenorman’s Revenge launched on Xbox Live Arcade last week and has received a lot of praise recently.

The side-scrolling, co-operative game was one of the most downloaded games on XBLA last week and is obviously based on the South Park world and is currently exclusive to Xbox Live Arcade. Gamers will get to control four of the main characters from the series and will go to battle with Scott Tenorman and his army of gingers.

For those that don’t know, Tenorman and Cartman had a bit of an issue between them a few seasons back which resulted in Cartman making Tenorman mistakenly eat his parents in a Chilli Cook-off. Tenorman’s Revenge indeed.

The game features the likeness of all the characters from the series as well as the proper voices of them too. The game itself has received 48 out of 100 on MetaCritic so far, which seems a little low in my opinion. Respected gaming website, IGN gave the game a 70 out of 100 while GameSpot ranked it in at 35 out of 100.
