Pellmell for Xbox 360

New Indie Game Creator SorceryGames LLC has announced Pellmell, a new shoot 'em up for Community Games on Xbox 360. Pellmell has just been launched and is available now (rated E - for everyone).

This is the second original game produced by indie game creators SorceryGames. Created as an arcade style game and allowing multiple people to play together, this game is packed with highlights and features not seen on many community games before it, say the developers.

The artwork was created by an industry veteran with many unique games and styles under his belt. With good feedback from the Xbox community noting its gameplay and overall experience, some said the game was "Graphically one of the very best XNA games I've seen." or "Impressive! …one of the most polished and exciting games I've seen on the Community Games so far," and "This looks and feels like it could be one of the most polished games on CG!" says SorceryGames.

Although Microsoft do not allow community games to use their Live achievements, SorceryGames went ahead and implemented their own, along with many more features like a high-score table, 100 levels, player requested Progression saving and the Original Playfield Control "Play it at your pace" feature.

Xbox 360 players can check out the eight minute trial of the game and see what all the hype is about. The game is available for 400 MS points.
