WH40K First-person shooter Space Hulk: Deathwing will release for PC, Xbox one and PlayStation 4 in 2015 according to developer Streum On Studio.
The game, which is set in Games Workshop’s illustrious Warhammer 40,000 universe, is largely based on the Space Hulk board game and charges players with raiding derelict spaceships and fending off the deadly alien creatures that infest their cramped corridors.
Here’s the official description:
“[Powered by the Unreal Engine 4] Space Hulks drift along the currents of the Warp, the immaterial dimension of Chaos. Made up of gigantic mangled asteroids, derelict ship wrecks, and other spatial debris, they sometimes grow to the size of a moon and often contain treasured and ancient lost technologies. However, they are ripe with danger including infestations of the lethal Genestealers.
You’ll take on the role of a Space Marine from one of the most secret and most feared Space Marine Companies: the Deathwing from the Dark Angels. Strap on your Terminator armor and equip the emblematic weaponry of the Space Marines to overcome the threats awaiting you in the Space Hulk. As a Librarian, you will also master the destructive powers of the Psykers.
Your skills and performance in battle grant you Fervor Points, to spend on 4 skill trees allowing you to improve your abilities, unlock new powers, access powerful relics, and devastating new weapons.”

"A typical gameplay session in this player-versus-player-focused game starts in your strike cruiser, where you can socialize with others and decide where on the planet of Arkhona you will land,” says GameSpot.
“You are taken to the surface and dropped into a predator tank, and you and your teammates might explore a nearby cavern for an ancient relic. Inside will be a swarm of Tyranids, but those giant AI-controlled space bugs won't be able to stop you. You shoot and slash your way through from a third-person perspective and collect the relic, which you then turn into high command for rewards that impact your performance on the battlefield.”
'Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade' is primarily a player-versus-player game, however, so don't count on the bulk of your battles being against Tyranids. After grabbing the relic, you might notice a battle raging over a nearby fortress. So you return to the predator and head to the front lines. You sneak in using cover to avoid enemy fire (no word on whether the game will have an actual cover system), and then rush through a doorway blasted open by a LanCannon. You murder your foes and find your way to the top of the fortress. Raise your flag, Space Marine: You are victorious!"
“Space Marines aren't the only playable faction in Eternal Crusade; Orks, Eldar, and Chaos Space Marines will also be playable. Regardless of your faction, the game is primarily about massive online action; the battles will depict 1,000 actual players onscreen at once.”
WH40K: Eternal Crusade is also slated for a 2015 release.
