Next Mass Effect Scheduled

The Mass Effect game from BioWare Montreal has a launch window of between late 2014 and the middle of 2015.

The news comes from an exclusive interview with GamerSyndrome as they discuss the next game with the BioWare team. More specifically, Mass Effect 3 producer, Mike Gamble was the one to give the “rough idea” on the release window.

BioWare has already confirmed that the next Mass Effect game is in development stages and is being done with the Frostbite engine. The game will also use some features from Dragon Age 3 and gamers can expect a similar style of choices that they have come to know and love in previous Mass Effect games.

More information will be released on the next Mass Effect in 2013.

"can expect a similar style of choices that they have come to know and love in previous Mass Effect games."

So basically we can look forward to 3 of years making choices only to find out they don't matter?

At least they are given more time. ME3 was rushed too much by EA. I want them to take as long as they wish to make another great series that does not crumble at the end due to deadlines.

Even though the ending was not great (Extended cut is a must to make it okay), ME3 and the trilogy itself was the best "game" (cannot count each one separately) since Chrono Trigger, in my opinion. It was quite a ride.

Chrono Trigger is still the best game in the world. So glad someone else even knows about it ^^
