League of Legends IEM Championships

This year the League of Legends (LoL) Electronic Sports League (ESL), Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) championships will be held in Hanover, Germany.

Twelve teams have been selected from the IEM tour stops to battle it out in the group stages of the championships. The winners of the group stages will then move on to the single elimination stage, where they will battle it out for the title of IEM Champion and their share of $150,000 (R1, 327,500).

The games will be running from 6 March through to 9 March and will be available to spectate via live-stream on ESL.tv.
