The first batch of downloadable content (DLC) has been released for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and it's entitled Arctic Strike.
The Arctic Strike DLC was initially delayed due to the developer wanting to “further polish the content” and, given only a couple weeks, the content is ready to go on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It includes three new multiplayer maps and one new Guerrilla map.
In addition to this, the DLC includes Stockade, a new multiplayer mode where gamers will need to kill without being killed with the objective of eliminating the entire enemy team before the time expires. The name Stockade, comes from the order they are killed as each player that is killed is held in a stockade for a short while.
Arctic Strike also includes six new weapons for gamers to get their grubby hands on.
As far as the PC version goes, Ubisoft hasn’t even said anything about the DLC pack for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. Perhaps with the amount of issues the PC version has had, Ubisoft will release it free of charge to PC gamers? One can only hope.
