Far Cry 3 Review Round Up
Far Cry 3 has not yet released but some lucky reviewers were able to get their hands on it and their reviews are looking rather favourable so far.
Interestingly enough, when I had a chance to play Far Cry 3 at GamesCom this year, I thought it was fantastic and anyone that had spoken to me afterwards would know that I think Far Cry 3 is going to be the Game of the Year (GOTY) for 2012.
So far, the PC version of Far Cry 3 has scored 88 out of 100 on MetaCritic from 20 different critics. The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 reviews have been even more favourable with the PS3 version getting 91 and the Xbox version getting 91 as well.
Interestingly enough there are a number of respective websites already giving the game the highest praises. Eurogamer is well-known for its accurate reviews and has given Far Cry 3 full marks.
Far Cry 3 will be hitting SA soon and the release is scheduled for 30 November on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

| How can the PC version get a worse review? It should have better graphics and controls. Plus, patches come out quicker. If this is not the case, I won't be getting it. | ||||||||

| If it has huge maps like farcry 2 then it will be a winner. Im waiting in anticipation for this. Controls are much easier on console. I had to search for every letter to type this out. | ||||||||
| ^I was once a console player. Believe me, a PC is so much better for playing FPS's. That is the reason shooter are not cross-platform as the PC players have a huge advantage. That is also the reason why console games have auto aim, and PC's usually do not. | ||||||||
