DLCThe first batch of downloadable content (DLC) for Dishonored has been detailed and will soon be released in December.
The DLC entitled Dunwall City Trials will consist of 10 different challenging maps that gamers will need to work on to test their combat, stealth and mobility. There are many different challenges that await gamers including an arena battle against waves of enemies and a race against the clock. Included in the DLC will be new achievements and trophies for gamers to earn.
There will also be more DLC for Dishonored which will be hitting in 2013. There are two new DLC packs planned for release next year that will each have story-driven campaigns. The only detail that can be revealed on the second DLC pack is a brief overview as seen on the Bethesda blog.
“Daud, the leader of a group of supernatural assassins known as ‘The Whalers’, will be the focus of the second add-on pack, scheduled for release in early Spring 2013. Make your way through new Dunwall locales and discover Daud’s own set of weapons, powers and gadgets in this story-driven campaign. How you play and the choices you make will impact the final outcome…”
There is no information on the third DLC pack as of yet.
Dunwall City Trials will arrive on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 simultaneously in December and will be coming at you for just $4.99 (around R40) or 400 Microsoft Points.
