Borderlands 2’s Next DLC Out January

The release date, price and details for the next Borderlands 2 DLC pack has been released.

Enter: Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt. This DLC pack starts with a hunting expedition that goes very wrong when you find out there’s a new villain on the prowl, hoping to restore the legacy of Handsome Jack.

The Borderlands 2 Blog announced, “Irresistible new loot, memorable new quests, a variety of challenging and exotic new enemies, a new vehicles and more await players as they fight their way through the never-before-seen lands of Aegrus to give this evil-doer the old one-two!”

According to Eurogamer, Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt will released on PC and Xbox 360 on 15 January, and on PlayStation 3 on 16 January.

Borderlands 2’s so-far released DLC packs – Captain Scarlett and her Pirate’s Booty and Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage – have received rave reviews. And Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt is sure to continue this trend.

Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt will cost you $10 (or R85) or 800 Microsoft Points. And, you can get all three DLC packs in the Borderlands 2 Season Pass – at the cost of 2400 Microsoft points or $30 or R256.
