The Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition has now been out for some time and as the release was scheduled for 28 November, South Africans could only play at 10pm local time last night.
Unfortunately, as with most popular games at launch, there were a couple issues with gamers not being able to get the day one patch, even after the pre-loading of the game behind almost a week earlier. Thankfully though, the hiccoughs have been resolved, the forum complaints have died down, and now Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition is now ready to rock and roll.
In celebration of the launch, Beamdog has released a new cinematic trailer for the intro of the game that can be seen below.
The Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition is also scheduled for release on iPad but it has been pushed back by a week so iPad gamers who are desperate to play will have to do with playing it on PC for now.
