Do Gaming Launches Mobile Section

Telkom Do Gaming is once again launching a South Africa first – a mobile portal that gives people in-depth insight into the world of mobile and how to make mobile technology work for them.

While plenty of other sites provide information about mobile games and mobile phone reviews, Do Gaming will look to drill deeper into burning user questions like what type of phone suits the user and the users' needs.

People are always asking questions like, “What phone should I get?” or “Can you break down the difference between a Blackberry, iPhone and Nokia N97?” Telkom Do Gaming will look to provide insight into these kinds of issues.

Everyone is well aware that when they walk into a mobile phone store to upgrade their contract or buy a new phone, there is very little information about the phones themselves and, more importantly, what kind of phone will suit them.

People get stuck with phones that don’t suit their needs on a daily basis and so part of what Do Gaming will look to do is de-mystify the technology and help people to understand what kind of phone is the best for them.

Then we’ll look at phones that are ideal for gaming as well as doing general phone reviews.

Do Gaming will also look to unpack why mobile gaming is so popular and how it differs from console and PC gaming, apart from the obvious points of screen size and processing power limitations.
