From today, the Telkom Do Gaming League (DGL) 2013 Summer Leg Transfer Window has opened, which means that teams can make edits to their line-ups without facing penalties. The transfer window will close this coming Monday, 4 March, and the rosters will be locked until the end of the Leg.
All the rules, terms and so forth can be found at this page.
Each team in each respective title (and division) must keep a certain amount of core players in the team in order to prevent the team being considered 'hi-jacked'. Core players are legal players who were part of the team on the DGL site during the previous leg of the competition.
If a team is considered hi-jacked, it must forfeit all the rest of its games for the leg and will have to start the new leg as a new team (ie., they start at the bottom of the divisions).
The Transfer Window makes no allowance for name changes or teams moving to another clan. That can only be done in the rest period before the Winter Leg begins.
It will be interesting to see who goes where. send us a lead if your team or if a team you know is going through a major change.
